§ 1 General principles

1. This Privacy Policy sets out the principles governing the collection, processing and use of personal data collected by the website www.haga.com.pl (hereinafter the "Website").

2. The use of the Website does not require the User to provide personal data, unless the User intends to purchase a product or make an enquiry.

3. The provision of personal data by the User is always a voluntary decision. However, failure to consent to the processing of personal data may prevent the provision of electronic services.

4. The administrator of the personal data provided by the Users is Zakłady Mięsne Haga Plus Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, ul. Klubowa 8, 44-336, NIP 633-206-77-24, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the number 0000072107.

5. The Administrator shall protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, damage or destruction and shall process the data entrusted to it in accordance with the provisions of the law. The basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RODO).

6. When using the Website, additional information may be collected, in particular: the IP address assigned to your computer or the external IP address of your Internet provider, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type.

7. Navigation data may also be collected from Users, including information about the links and references they click on or other actions they take on the Website.

§ 2 Principles of personal data processing

1. Personal data shall be processed on the basis of the consent given by the Website User when using the contact form on the Website.

2. The personal data referred to in § 2 paragraph 1 are primarily:

• electronic mail address (e-mail).

3. In the case of a User who runs a business, the User shall provide the following personal data in addition to the data referred to in paragraph 2 above:

• the company name under which the enterprise operates, together with an indication of its legal form
  
  
• the number of the entry in the Central Register of Business Activities and Information or the number of the entry in the National Court Register,
  
  
• the address of the registered office,

• tax identification number.

4. The personal data provided by the user will be processed in order to provide electronic services via the website and to respond to the request in the contact form.

5. The User has the right to access, check and verify the data processed concerning him/her, as well as to obtain information on the purpose, scope and methods of processing the data contained in the filing system, and to request the integration, updating, rectification of the personal data, the temporary or permanent suspension of its processing, the deletion of the data, the cessation of the processing of the personal data pursuant to art. 32, paragraph 1, point 7 of the Privacy Code, or to oppose it pursuant to art. 32, paragraph 1, point 8 of the Privacy Code.

6. Any requests or claims arising from the User's rights described in § 2.5 should be sent to the e-mail address rodo@haga.com.pl.

§ 3 Basic User Rights

1. The User may at any time request the deletion of his/her data from the database of Zakłady Mięsne Haga Plus Sp. z o.o. by sending an e-mail to rodo@haga.com.pl, preferably from the e-mail address provided at the time of registration.

2. Deletion of the User's data will result in the deletion of all information and data about the User. However, the administrator of the www.haga.com.pl website reserves the right to keep the user's data and refuse to delete them to the extent and for the duration permitted by law, in particular in order to settle obligations arising between the user and the company.

§ 4 Basic obligations of the Data Controller

1. Zakłady Mięsne Haga Plus Sp. z o.o., as the controller of personal data, shall take special care in the process of data processing to ensure the protection of users' interests.

2. Zakłady Mięsne Haga Plus Sp. z o.o. shall ensure that personal data are:

• processed in accordance with the law,
  
  
• collected only for specified purposes that are lawful,
  
  
• not subject to further processing that would be unlawful
  
  
• adequate and sufficient for the purposes of the processing,
  
  
• kept only for as long as necessary, i.e. until the purpose of the processing has been achieved
  
  
• kept under the highest security standards,
  
  
• kept in a form that permits identification of the data subjects.

3. Personal data shall be stored in a filing system secured by technical and organisational measures that ensure the protection of data processing. Only persons authorised by the personal data controller shall have access to the personal data filing system.

§ 5 Cookies mechanism, IP address

1. The Website uses small files called 'cookies'. These are stored by Zakłady Mięsne Haga Plus Sp. z o.o. via the Website on the computer of the person visiting the Website, if the Internet browser allows it. A cookie usually contains the name of the domain from which it originates, its 'expiry time' and a unique random number that identifies the cookie. The information collected through such files helps to adapt the services offered by Zakłady Mięsne Haga Plus Sp. z o.o. to the individual preferences and real needs of visitors to the website. It also makes it possible to compile general statistics on the presentation of information on the website.

2. Zakłady Mięsne Haga Plus Sp. z o.o. uses two types of cookies:

7. Zakłady Mięsne Haga Plus Sp. z o.o. may collect your IP address. An IP address is a number assigned by an internet service provider to the computer of a person visiting the website. In most cases, it is dynamically assigned to your computer, i.e. it changes each time you connect to the Internet, and is therefore generally considered to be non-personally identifiable information. The IP address is used by Zakłady Mięsne Haga Plus Sp. z o.o. to diagnose technical problems with the server, to perform statistical analysis (e.g. to determine which regions are most frequently visited), to administer and improve the site, and for security purposes and to identify any unwanted automated browsing programs that may be overloading the server.

8. The Website contains links and references to other websites. Zakłady Mięsne Haga Plus Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites.
