We are a family-owned company from Jastrzębie-Zdrój located in the Silesian province. This is where our two production facilities are located, where we have been producing our cured meats continuously since 1989, generation after generation. More than 200 employees, using technology to maintain safety and the highest quality standards, produce hundreds of tons of products that are very popular with our customers.
We specialize in the production of high-quality cold cuts, sausages and offal products.
We are proud of our family tradition and passion for creating products that have won recognition both at home and abroad.Our products can be found in stores and wholesalers of domestic entrepreneurs and in well-known retail chains such as Auchan, Carrefour, Kaufland, Aldi, Stokrotka, Polomarket, Delikatesy Centrum, Lewiatan etc.
A wide range of products is enriched by HoReCa products, which we supply to specialized wholesalers and manufacturers of finished products.
Our Plant is also known throughout Poland for its innovative range of products: cured meats straight from the smokehouse. These unique products capture all the craftsmanship of charcuterie handed down from generation to generation and are guaranteed to be of the highest quality for discerning Taste Connoisseurs.
We produce these cured meats overnight, so that in the early morning they reach our customers fresh, still warm and full of flavor.
Equally important to us as tradition and passion for charcuterie is continuous development, which is why both the plant infrastructure and the machinery and technology park are being upgraded on an ongoing basis.
In recent years, modern production lines have been purchased: for packaging packaged meat and for slicing cured meats.
The entire production is based on the procedures of the HACCP system and the IFS Quality Management System, which allows us to meet all restrictive criteria to provide our customers with the best quality cold cuts.
